Missing channels

why can i get certain channels on my main cable box but not on the small recievers in other rooms

user_ohhyyl Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. You should have the same access on all TV boxes. I would recommend trying to restart the primary TV box, as it connects the signal to the other boxes, or try restarting your modem if you have wireless TV boxes in the other rooms. You can also use the Xfinity app/website to run through troubleshooting steps to detect and resolve any communication issues.

I tried that and it doesn’t work. The box also goes into power saver made even though it is set to off. And why is the mailing address for payments gatekeeper? My mother lost her bill, she’s overdue. We can’t access an account online since my father did all that and he passed away. Why is a mailing address so secretive? Why is ther nor a guest pay option like other companies where you can use the account number and other information to get to bill pay without logging in? Why does Comcast suck so much when it comes to being user friendly and useful?
