Missing channels

What's going on with E W Scripps contract renewal? Haven't had CBS or ION for over a week.

Hi user_8zuk62! Thanks for taking the time to reach out on our Xfinity Forum. We most certainly understand your concerns. We are currently in negotiation with Scripps, looking for a deal that will work for both parties. Once a final decision has been reached, we will send customers an update. Thank you!

Thanks for the reply. Hope negotiation go well and we have channels back. Will there be credits for missed time of not having channels?

How are the negotiations going? Still missing CBS & ION channels. Very frustrating!

Hello, @user_8zuk62 no updates on negotiation, it's definitely not our intention for this to be a frustrating experience. Once there is more information to provide that will be updated here: https://www.xfinity.com/howitworks/

I also found this article on our website that has some options to explore in the meantime to find shows and content you may be missing, go down to the section titled: Where can I continue watching similar programming? https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/ew-scripps-agreement-expired
