Missing channels and Peacock Premium activation

I signed up for 125+ TV channel package and continue to experience problems with watching channels.  Specifically getting XRE-03121.  I have gone thru all the steps to remediate this issue but the issues persist.

I also attempted to activate my Peacock Premium package that comes with my 1 Gig Internet service but that to is not working.

i tried calling in but not able to connect with an agent.  I need assistance to resolve these issues. My email is [Edited: "Personal Information"].

I am sorry to learn about this experience when watching channels. You've come to the right place. Over social media, we are a dedicated team of experts dedicated to resolving service issues such as this. We can help. Do you have more than one set-top box? If so, are you experiencing this error code on multiple set-top boxes? When going through all the steps, did you try troubleshooting the video service with our XFINITY Assistant or any of these steps in the following?
 
1. Ensure all TV connections are tight, if applicable.

2. Perform a System Refresh
 with the following steps:
-Say "Refresh" or "System Refresh" into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
-Wait for the system to complete the refresh.

3. Unplug your TV Box for one to two minutes and then plug it back in.
