Missing Bluetooth Speaker Reward from 12/23/21

I submitted and was approved for a free Bluetooth Speaker reward on 12/23/21 (the 1st day the reward was offered).  I was notified that I should receive it in 4 - 6 weeks.  On 3/11/22, I submitted a request through the automated Xfinity Assistant via the app, was given a ticket number and received an email that I would receive a response in 3 -5 business days.  I still haven't heard anything regarding why I haven't received the reward.  I tried calling 800-526-3268 and was on hold for hours with no one ever answering the line.  I hope there is someone from Comcast that can help.  Thanks

The speaker was back-ordered for 4 months, but I finally received it today.  Thank you to all the Xfinity employees who opened multiple tickets, followed through, and messaged me with updates.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
