Missing battery for Storm Ready Wifi

I got the Storm Ready Wifi, but it was shipped without it's backup battery.  I went to the store and they told me to call, but I cannot find a customer service phone number on the Comcast/Xfinity website.  Plus, my experiences with them have not been the greatest, so I figured I'd try here.

If a customer service rep is monitoring these forums, can someone please contact me about sending out the Storm Ready Wifi battery backup?

Can you please send us a direct message with your full name and service address and include if you purchased your device online or in store. 

 

To send a direct message: 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
