Missing Apartment number on Xfinity mobile shipping account

Hi, My apartment number is missed on shipping address, due to that I missed around 3 packages(sim cards). 3 times I had to go to Fedex pickup location to collect the package.

lot of times I reached out to customer service via phone and chat.. still no use.

Due to account security, our options with Xfinity Mobile accounts are very limited. We're unable to perform any device or account specific requests over this platform.

 

In this case it would be best to speak with Xfinity Mobile directly.
