Missing account credit

I’ve been having issues with my WiFi dropping out frequently for weeks. Finally talked to an agent that ran through some troubleshooting and then said they would credit my account for the troubles, but never did. Can’t figure out how to contact anyone without going through that unhelpful chat assistant again. I even saved a photo of the chat in case this happened.

Ensure you are logged in

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
