Missing $500 Gift Card Promotion for Switching to Xfinity Mobile
I am reaching out regarding a promotion I was promised when adding 2 lines to Xfinity Mobile.
At the time I was clearly informed that I would receive $500 gift card as part of the promotion. This offer was a primary factor in my decision made to Xfinity Mobile.
I completed all required steps and submitted all necessary documentation as instructed. However, I have not received the gift card, and there has been no clear resolution provided.
I also have evidence and records of multiple Xfinity agents confirming that I qualify for the $500 gift card.
Additionally, I attempted to follow the instructions provided on the Xfinity forum to contact support via direct message. However, I was unable to access or locate the direct messaging feature using the provided link, which has made it difficult to resolve this issue.
At this point, I feel misled, as the promotion was a key reason for switching services.
I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible. Please let me know what additional information you need from me to process the gift cards.
