Missing $180 gift card/Military incentive

The reward tracker says the military $180 reward gift card was emailed but I have checked all folders junk, spam, trash normal and it has not been received.

user_qq90of Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. In regard to the gift card you are waiting for, if the tracker confirms your status after April 29, 2024, expect an email with the card within 14-16 weeks. It is based on the confirmation date.

I am having a similar issue. When I track the supposed card it tells me it was delivered to my email on November 25, 2024. There isn't any email at all. I checked everywhere, including retrieving deleted email. Clearly it was never sent or received.

@user_idpqmp I would be happy to look into getting the card reissued to you once verified it has not been used by our ticket team.
