Missed serv call and 3 hrs of being onhold
On Tuesday July 28th, I called and made an appt because in the middle of a show our internet quit. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was offered 10 - 12 or 8 -10. I took 8 to 10 so I only missed 2 hrs at the office. By 10 no one arrived I called, was on hold for 35 min. To say they didnt show me having an appt. I went on line and used the xfinity assistant page so I could screen print the appointment incase they didnt come again. Today at 2.45 I called to see if tech would call before they came, again..they say i have no appt. Though I have the conversation on my acct history and screen printed.
1st call... Alex said I didnt have an appt and he would schedule me for Saturday. I said No, I want someone out today, I took another 3 hrs away from my jon to wait. He said nothing he could do. I ask for a supervisor. I was told I couldnt, no one available. I told him a total of 9 times I would luke to talk to someone higher up. After 49 min, he said he would fine someone and disconnected us.
#2 was to a friend that works at Xfinity Corp in Philly who said she didnt want her name involved but to call back and tell them I want a Tier 2 or Tier 3 supervisor.
#3 call back to customer service. NICO answered. Was told that they would see if they can find one. 11 min on hold..they come back and say no one available. I ask them how there could not be any management there to help. IHe said he would have some one call right away. I told him I wasn't hanging up, when they called, I would hang up with them 59 min later he says he is transferring me to his supervisor. Guess what? On hold for 11 min and then disconnected. The whole time I am talking to him, I am getting text that I am on stand by for an appt Sat or Mon.
#4 Call answered by Yhum. Poor lady got the end of my anger after over 2.5 hrs on the phone getting the run around and losing 6 hrs of pay.
Within 5 minutes she has a tech at my house tomorrow between 8 and 10. Again, 2 more hours of wages gone but need internet for weekend work.
This is absolutely absurd in the way customer service is handles the calls.
We have 4 businesses and 2 homes with internet and phone service. Do better!!
