Missed Peacock Activation
Hello,
I have 1 Gig speed wifi which comes bundled with Peacock, but it does not show up to let me activate it at https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions . Then when I go to https://www.xfinity.com/digital/entertainment-management/internet to add a subscription it says I have Peacock included. If I try to upgrade it to Premium Plus for an extra $6/month, I get an error message. How do I activate my Peacock account?

Hey there, @coreyc_! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear you are unable to activate the Peacock Premium with your package. Have you attempted to clear you browser cache and cookies and then try again? Have you attempted an incognito mode? Please let us know.
