Misinformed Agents
I was told by two separate representatives that my payment arrangement was approved for a week from now. It’s the next day (a Sunday at that) and my service has been interrupted. I am appreciative that I was able to get an extension but to interrupt my services after promising that I would receive an extension is stressful. I just lost my job and was relying on the extension. I just think it’s very unprofessional for two representatives to be misinformed.
