Mishandling my internet outage
I was without internet for 2 1/2 days. I lost it on Tuesday the 22nd. Made appt to have tech come next day. AlWorked with agent on phone got it to come back but said still needed tech. Issue was out side my home.
No tech came the next day! Your company cancelled my appt! Then lost internet again, at the time the tech should have been there! You made me another appointment 3 days out! I called and talked to you reps with NO HELP for your mistakes!
My son and myself were out of work 16 hours each for your mistake! Tech came Sunday and fixed it. He said that my service got disconnected when a tech of your installed service to the house across street from me!
I am filing a complaint with FCC!
your customer service reps were no help! Your supervisors were even worse!
I will make people aware of what happened!
I am in upper management with a call center. When my agents reach out about who the best providers are for internet, rest assured they will hear this story and I will tell them to stay clear of your company!

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
