Minions & Monsters VIP Complimentary Tickets - Date Not Listed

Hello,

I am a Diamond member with Xfinity and, within the Xfinity App, redeemed complimentary tickets to see Minions & Monsters; I believe this was a benefit of winning a sweepstakes. 

Details about the location of the event are listed for Philadelphia, including theater and time, but a date is not listed. The offer in the app suggests that I should expect an email from "support@xfinitywinners.com" within a week with details, and that this email address could be contacted with any questions. However, an email was not received from that address to my email address associated with my Xfinity account (it has been over a week since the notification posted in-app) and there was no email from that address caught in my email's spam/junk email folder. I tried emailing that address twice, once yesterday and today, and received a bounce back that the address does not exist.

Per what is noted in the app for this reward, I understand tickets are not needed (admission requires for me to share my name at entry to the screening) but I would like to know which date this VIP screening is held for in Philadelphia. The offer in the app did not list a date, and there no further details in the Terms and Conditions.

Good afternoon Caliburnis. First and foremost, thank you for being a long-time Xfinity Member. We certainly do appreciate you being a Diamond member! 🙌 Aside from the email communications, when you go back into your Xfinity Membership Benefits Portal, does it show the Redeemed Rewards? Does it provide any additional information if you review details of the Redeemed Reward there, by any chance?

@XfinityJon​ Thank you for replying. Yes, it is visible under my Redeemed Benefits, but the date is not listed in the body of the reward - only the location, time, and to look for a confirmation email from support@xfinitywinners.com, which did not arrive.

@XfinityKam​ Hi - nope, checked the Spam folder and it's not there. I never received any email from support@xfinitywinners.com; only a notice in-app.

...I am thinking that the email was never sent out in the first place, as the domain is actually down - not sure how long it has been down as I only just checked. If the domain is down, could it be possible that automated emails were never sent out?
