Good Luck.  The military benefit is such a mismanaged program with perks that are not clearly stated.  Internal communication is poor at best giving you nothing but endless transfers or dead ends.  My benefit took 6 months of inquiries ending with a denial of the $30 line for 2 years.  After looking into the perk, I enrolled , made changes to my plan which I understood to put me in line with receiving the benefit.  Nope.  You have to add an entirely new line now.  Ok, hold on, let me get the neighbor a phone I guess.  What a ridiculous requirement and frankly misleading and confusing.  Certainly was for me at the time and still is tbo.  I would rather not have even seen the program, nothing but a waste of my time.  I'll keep looking for better service providers, hopefully one that values loyalty.  I was told a $180 gift card that last time I spoke with the team. Have not seen that either.
