If you confirmed your military status on or after April 29, 2024 the link will not work. An email with the virtual prepaid card will be sent. To check the status of the email, please check this link.

I got the email for my card today but the link to activate it won't work

For troubleshooting purposes @user_2gwb2e, could you please confirm the error message that appears when clicking on the link? Have you cleared your device’s cache and cookies? Are you able to try loading the link from the email on a different device?

It says ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR every time I have tried to open the link. I have cleared the cache and cookies multiple times and on 2 different laptops, an iPad, and my phone and it is still not working

@user_2gwb2e Thank you for taking all those steps and testing to access the virtual card on different devices. I know it shouldn't be this involved to access the card, I'm sorry for the trouble. The cards are managed through our partner team, and they are available by phone Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5 PM ET. You can find their support number (Xfinity Rewards), 1-800-948-8174 online under the Already Submitted an application drop down

I'm sorry to ask you to reach out to another team. But they will have the correct access needed to reissue the card for our amazing military members!
