Military perks

I received an email stating that I have been verified for the Military perks. How can I confirm they have been added to my account? From what I understand it includes Peacock Premium, free mobile line for 2 years instead of the 1 with my internet package, NOW TV for 1 year, and Diamond member status.

user_oclo48 Thank you for your service! If you received the Military Verified email, that means these benefits are either already in effect or are waiting for you to take advantage of these offers. I have called, I have talked to representative and STILLLLLLLL I do not have military "perks" that I should have.  I get "that's weird" and it never gets fixed.

I was verified long before they said this was a benefit and I was paying for premium.  I canceled it bc i should be getting it for free, yet still NOTHING.  Calling customer service is a joke.

With mentioning you had worked with representatives previously, was a ticket ever opened to have this investigated further?
