Military member status and promos not on my account
The Xfinity website indicates that after verifying your military discount you will be upgraded to be a Diamond member which inlcudes peacock premium, qualify for free phone service for one line for two years and access to Now TV for one year. I received an email that I was verified, but when I look at my status it shows Platinum member instead of Diamond. Also, my phone service only shows free for 1 year. Since it is showing as Platinum I also need to make sure I am not being charged $20 fo NOW TV.

You’re absolutely correct that once a military discount is verified, Xfinity automatically upgrades eligible customers to Diamond status, our highest tier, as a thank‑you for your service. Since your account is currently showing Platinum instead of Diamond, and there are questions around the free mobile line duration and NOW TV billing, we’d be happy to take a closer look and make sure everything is reflecting correctly.
