Military incentive

My incentive tracker says I was emailed my $180.00 incentive Aug 29th . I have not received that.

Called the customer service number fir the incentive . They said it was never emailed to my email. Xfinity said it was . The number for the incentive prepaid card said they would need a tracking number . Xfinity says there's not a tracking number . Can anyone help ?

If you could please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address,
