Military Diamond Status / NOW TV Billing Escalation Needed
I need assistance from Comcast/Xfinity Corporate Digital Care regarding an unresolved military membership and billing issue.
I am a verified military customer. Diamond status and the associated NOW TV benefit were major selling points when I signed up, and I was told the Diamond upgrade would happen automatically after verification.
I have now been dealing with this for over 20 days and have spent multiple days working with support trying to get it resolved. Each time, I have received conflicting information, been transferred between agents, had tickets opened and closed, and been told things were being taken care of that ultimately were not. It has been a constant runaround.
My Diamond status is still not active, and I am now being charged $20 for NOW TV even though NOW TV is supposed to be included at $0 for 12 months under my military benefit.
I am not looking for another sales conversation or another frontline support loop. I need assistance from the Digital Care / senior account-resolution team to review the account history, correct my Diamond membership, correct the NOW TV billing, issue any appropriate credits, and stay with the case until it is actually resolved.
I can provide the ECM case numbers privately once an official Xfinity employee responds.
