Military deployments order

I have been having a hard time regarding this issue on my phone. I have been talking to online chat and calling them but all of them is been giving me different answers and informations. I wanted to unlock the phone but they kept on declining it until I have to pay for it in full. Now the issue is my phone number I would like to have my phone number to be on military suspension, but then they proceed to cancel it as they said that it was the same as suspending it. Now I have to activate it again to not lose my number and have it on suspension but I am on deployment and I could not activate it. I have to keep on reaching out but nothing is still happening. I don’t think xfinity really knows about SCRA regarding this kind of stuff.
