military appreciation]
LIke others on this forum, I am still waiting for my $180 military appreciation reward digital card to be sent to me. I originally applied in June 2024 and was told it would take up to 4 months. When I looked at the tracking page, it said the reward was emailed on 9/23/24. I never received it. Checked trash, spam, etc and nothing was found. I called the 1-866 number on 10/17/24 and was told they would look into it and gave me a case#. Didnt hear anything more so called on 10/30. Did not get any update. Called again on 1/10/25 and was told they had the wrong email and incorrect spelling of my first name so they fixed that and gave me an expedited case #. Did not get anything in my emails. So called AGAIN on 1/31/25. They said my email was still wrong so they fixed it and said I should get the card in the email soon. Nothing was received. So i called AGAIN on 2/27/25 and was told that my case would be expedited (another new case # was given) and that I would get contacted in 24 hours. On 2/28 I saw that a number from TX attempted to call me - upon listening to the Voicemaill it was your support team reaching out. However they said they would follow up with an email and I should reply to the email. I never got an email however. So I attempted to try and call the TX number that had called me. It went to a recording that said the number was disconnected or no longer in service. I also tried to email the address that I saw on this forum as being the one that would be sending out the card, but that bounced back and said it was not able to be delivered. So I have no way of reaching back to the support team. SOOOOO I am trying this route. I am really beginning to think this is a total scam as I assume they figure people will just give up on trying to ever get this reward if they make it difficult enough.

I called and talked to someone who said they emailed it to me me but I never got it. He said he would email it again. I still never got it. Sometimes email that I have sent to my Comcast account never makes it. When I find out about it, like after I drove around over a month without any car insurance, I have to get my email sent to my Hotmail account. Otherwise that account is 100% spam and I don't use it for anything else. But I also think the $180 military appreciation reward is a scam. If it's real, why hasn't anyone asked me why I haven't activated it in several months after I supposedly got it?

I finally got my $180 virtual prepaid card a couple of days ago. I think it took 8 months, but I'm not sure, exactly. My sense of time doesn't work right. I just know that it's been a really long time. I had to get the email for it sent to my Hotmail account, since my email doesn't always make it to me at my Xfinity account. Sometimes it bounces back to the sender with a message that it's undeliverable, and I don't even know the email was sent to me, unless they get hold of me some other way. The $180 card is real, but one of the sites where I tried to activate it was the wrong one, so I had to get a new card. It wouldn't work anywhere I tried it, but I was finally able to use the new card once. I have to make sure I keep using https://xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com to check my balance, etc., and deleted the shortcut I had to https://myprepaidcenter.com. Too bad it's not something easy to use like an Amazon gift card or a Paypal credit I can withdraw. $180, by the way is equal to 6.9 days pay at my highest rate in the army back in the '80s.
