Military Appreciation

Unlike others I see on the forum, my situation is the Xfinity military appreciation page says my virtual card was emailed Aug 29.

I have not seen it.  I have checked SPAM folders on both my comcast.net email and my home email.

Can someone look into this?  I'll check my comcast email for a reply.  Thanks.

We would recommend tracking the gift card here. If you are unable to see the details or still have yet to receive it, we would recommend calling the number or contacting the team following contact us button the site. I have called the number on the Contact Us link of the Military Appreciation page.  When I input my cable number there it says I was approved as a veteran and that the card was sent to me Aug 29.  I do not see it in email box or Spam.  I called the number and listened to the menu.  None of the options apply to me.  There was no option that would let me talk to anyone.  Repeating, I was told I am entitled to the $180 prepaid virtual card for Military Appreciation.  The cable number entered says I was approved and the virtual card sent to me.  It is not in my email or spam folder.  How can I fix this?

Thank you for your feedback, user_963568. We want to help keep you updated about your Military Appreciation prepaid virtual card, and you've reached the right team for assistance. I understand you mentioned that you were approved, and the card would be sent to you. After receiving that information you can expect an email with your virtual prepaid card within 14-16 weeks. To check the status, visit the Xfinity Incentive Tracker. It can take up to 10 business days from when you had been approved for it to appear on the Track site. Please let me know if this info helps.

Thomas that is no help.  You did not read my reply.  The Tracker says I was approved and that the virtual card was emailed on Aug 29.  It never arrived in my email.  I have checked it and spam.  It's not there.  It will not be helpful to keep sending me to the page I already visited.  I was already approved and the it says the virtual card was sent.  It was not received.

Thomas, thanks for your help.  Action certainly has happened.  The card appeared in my email box and I was able to activate it and it sent me a big picture of the front of the card, with relevant acct number and security code and expiration, all as I would expect.  But.  It doesn't seem to work.  Tried it at Amazon.  Tried it at Walmart.  Neither are listed as vendors supported and okay.  But it didn't work at UnderArmour either and that is listed as supported.  Hmmm.
