Military Appreciation Gift Card

Is there an update for the gift card for military appreciation? The Tracker doesn't provide much information. Tracking Start date of May 01, 2024 and Estimated Qualification Date of July 15, 2024. Pending Fulfilment Eligibility. I haven't gotten any emails or anything regarding this and Its been 3 months, just wondering if there is an update to this.

Armyvetmorris2024 Thanks for reaching out! The Xfinity Reward Tracker is definitely the place to check the status of your Value Add Gift Card. We can take a look for you, and contact our Value Add Team if needed. Please send us a direct message. 
 
To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
