Military appreciation debit card

I signed up for the military appreciation promotion program and from May 7 2024 until completion July 21 2024. I still haven’t heard anything from xfinity regarding the promotion. Can you please explain this? And when will i receive this promotion. It is now approximately 90 days and there has been no feed back. Ive called and emailed several times and the information from phone agents I received is 14-16 weeks this time has long passed and they keep changing the dates. Is this program still available? If so why is it taking so long with no follow up? # Disappointed  xfinity customer

What they probably aren’t telling you is that they didn’t start processing your application until weeks after you applied. I did mine May 3rd, and they didn’t start processing it until May 22nd. I only got this information after I called the rewards department like 5 times, being hung up on, and I called Xfinity, got ahold of a human. She called the rewards department and finally got more information out of them. She was also upset about this situation for me, and it’s unacceptable that no one was explaining anything to me until she herself talked to them.

Greetings, @user_do96n9! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about our Military Appreciation offer. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

I can confirm the fulfillment window for this promotion is 14-16 weeks, according to our web page describing the offer: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/military-service-offers

If you signed up for this on May 7, then 14-16 weeks would fall somewhere between August 13 and August 27. We are in that window of time right now. The program was launched on April 29, and we probably had a significant amount of new signups that first week, so it might be closer to the 27th before the cards go out, but you should receive an email as soon as your card is available.

You can check your status online by going to https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com and entering your sixteen-digit Xfinity account number. Once the card is issued, the status should change from "Pending Fulfillment" to "Email Sent." If you see anything different, or if you are still pending after August 27, please let us know.

@user_do96n9 they did the same thing to me. Multiple times. Their rewards department needs to have some more training or something because they either have no idea what they are talking about or they are rude. Sometimes it’s both. But the minute an Xfinity employee is speaking with them, their tune completely changes.

@XfinityJamesC hi James. I just want to clarify that the email says that if we have an email on file, it will take 14 weeks to be emailed to us, but if we don’t, it’ll take 16 weeks to get mailed to us. This has been such a horrible experience.

@user_rsqwgb Thank you for reaching back out, I understand not wanting to wait any longer to receive that prepaid gift card, and we appreciate your patience. Can you send me the details of that email, such as when you received it etc, via the DM we have open?
