Migration to Yahoo is a disaster!

All of my folders disappeared and now my yahoo email is ending up in my comcast folder in my Mailbird app. I have lost data I did not want to lose and was supposed to have been migrated!

It is bad enough you are forced to read tiny print on a stupid phone as they do not maintain a web portal for their users now this!

NOT PLEASED!

Bring back web based control of our homes and email service we could trust.

@dehohman Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out. I'm sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with your email.. Following the Xfinity/Comcast to Yahoo migration, missing folders and misdirected emails in third-party apps like Mailbird are likely due to sync issues or special characters, not data loss. Verify your folders on the web-based Yahoo Mail portal to confirm they still exist, then re-sync or re-add the account in Mailbird to fix mapping issues.-Richard

That worked. Now I just have to redo almost 100  sort filters. Thank you Comcast/Xfinity for outsourcing their email.  (NOTE DRIPPING SARCASIM)

Thanks Richard.

We pay lots for Xfinity email and now you are causing big issues by forcibly moving everyone over to Yahoo, which in itself has major issues.  NOT GOOD!  Maybe time to leave Comcast all together?
