Migrating from Postpaid to Xfinity Now

I'm trying migrating from postpaid Xfinity to NOW Internet 100. A representative over the phone scheduled my current service for a future disconnect on 9/8/26 and I received the cancellation confirmation. The future-dated disconnect has now been in place for two days, but the Xfinity Now website still identifies my address as having active Xfinity service and will not allow me to order NOW 100. Other forum posts have indicated that a future-dated end-of-service is all that is required to request Now 100 while avoiding temporarily loosing service at the address. Requesting verification that the disconnect order is entered in the correct status to make the address eligible for a NOW order before the disconnect date.

Hey there, @user_yt52gd! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with attempting to sign up for the Xfinity NOW Internet. I would be more than happy to dive into the account further and ensure everything is updated for the account to allow you to sign up for the NOW service. Can you please send us a DM?
