Mid-split upgrade availability in Maryland?

I am posting this, to inquire about the mid-split upstream spectrum upgrade, the next generation upgrade that's rolling out. 
Hoping to possibly find out the timeline for the rollout in Maryland. I am looking forward to the increased upload speeds.
