Mid-Split maintenance March 25th caused very slow download - likely high Uncorrectable Error rate? Northern California

Hello,

My download speed has been stuck at 10% of my plan (around 10 mbps) since Mid-Split maintenance serviced my area on March 25th, and I suspect a high Uncorrectable Error rate on the downstream channels. This has worked fine for years prior. My upload speed has been consistent around 18 mbps (still a little slower than my plan).

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
