Mid-split availability at my address

When should the enhanced speeds from the mid-split upgrade be available at my address? I had downtime for fiber upgrades over 3 months ago and a second time a month after that. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer myself who is waiting for the construction to be finished on the next generation https://www.xfinity.com/network speeds. I use this link https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels to see when the speeds are changed in my location for the new awesome  mid split. Just go to that link and type in your address and it will show you all the speeds available in your area

@XfinityOrlandoM Thanks, but that isn't working for me. The Internet section is empty and the Mobile section just shows some FAQs. Can someone check to let me know when the faster speeds will be available at my address?

Oh that's odd its not showing the speed once you click the internet section,  I just checked the link myself for my address,  I did have to clear caches and cookies so I could see it, but yes I will be happy to check for you if it shows the new speeds in your area.

Go ahead & send me a direct message with your name and complete address.
