midsize browser window jumbles xfinity.com display

The Xfinity website for desktop browser needs some fine-tuning. Attached is a sample of what happens to the navigation links across the top of the site when my window is a bit over half the width of my screen. Widen it a bit, and the links appear nicely. Narrow it a bit, and they disappear, replaced by a hamburger menu. But, since this is the standard width of my browser window, it took me a while to figure that out.

@user_y7rb33 I’m glad to hear you were able to use the website and figure the sizing for your browser.

Do you have the same issue with all web browsers?

Have you tried our Xfinity App?

Hey @user_y7rb33! This is certainly an interesting one. I attempted to duplicate the issue you are having with Firefox, and it was all working fine in my browser. I also had another colleague test on Firefox along with other browsers, and it all folds into the menu without any issues. The only common factor between your updates would be the same web extensions being used on your Firefox browser. Can you see if you still have this issue if you try it in a New Private Window? This should bypass the cache and disable web extensions.

@XfinityMichaelC Sorry <sigh>. It still happens in a brand-new Private Window:

ps: Thanks, y'all, for staying on this! I've been retired from IT work (though I was never a coder) for a couple years now, and it's fun to do this stuff again (for a little while)!

As my testing brain comes somewhat back on line, it occurs to me that I tend to customize my interfaces a great deal.
So I turned off my Firefox theme and refreshed the page. No change.

Turn off UBlock? No change.
And of course we already tried a Private Window.

Other customization tools I'm using include:
Open-Shell 4.4.198
ESET Security 19.2.10.0
Power Toys (Preview) x64 0.96.1
Winaero Tweaker 1.65.0.0
Windhawk v1.6
WinSetView 3.1.7
But I no longer remember exactly which abilities of these I'm using, so I hesitate to shut them down and possibly lose my settings in them.

@XfinityVictor Done!
One of my selfies got tangled in that process. It might even be in the DM twice; I can't tell. Sorry about that.
