Mid split upgrades or increased upload speeds?
Hi,
Is there any way to see availability for upgrading upload speeds on current connections? I have 1gbps down & 30-40mbps up, and have heard for years now that the mid split and next gen upgrades were "coming soon" to my area.

When your neighborhood is upgraded to the Mid-Split network, you should receive a notification when the upgrade is complete. Let's take a look at your account to see if your specific address has an updated yet.

To send a Direct Message:
Ensure you are logged in
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
