mid split availability

I live in a neighborhood that consists of a little over 400 homes. The oldest of homes are about 4 years old, while the newest were just recently completed. The newer homes have the mid split and faster speed options, while the "older" homes do not. One of the newer homes that has the mid split is literally about 25 lots away from my home. Is there someone with xfinity that can tell me if my home / section in the neighborhood has the mid split work done, or if it's happening soon?

The concern is not "E-mail" help related......... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi retownes, thank you for reaching out to our Forum and for making us part of your home. I won't be able to advise when our network construction team would be starting upgrades, however; I can check your address to see if you're already on our Next Gen network. Once the mid-split work begins, you'd receive an email notification, provided you've enabled those communications. The email would specifically mention mid-split working beginning and when to expect any service interruptions. Have you received any communications to that end?

@XfinityMarcos    Hi. No, I haven't received any communications. I just thought it was odd that half the subdivision has it, half doesn't.
