METV is not working again on Montgomery County MD Xfinity

This is the same situation that happen 6 months ago.  It was working OK yesterday.

@user_263370 Thank you for reaching back out and for bringing this to our attention. Are you seeing the Subscription required message when you select that channel?

@XfinityZacharyA​ The message is: "You don't have access to this channel"  Check out the X1 guide to see what you can watch now.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. I would like to take a look at your account to see why the channel entitlement is not showing. That does not mean it is an account issue, but it's a good start for me to start troubleshooting.

Could you please send our team a private message with your full name and full address?

To send a Private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:

Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
