Metv and Decades networks

Metv and Decades networks have been gone for almost a week now. Are they gone for good? If not, when are they likely to return?

Hey there, our channel line ups are subject to change based on a number of criteria including, but not limited to, broadcasting fees, demographics, and customer demands. I would be happy to look into this for you specifically as I know how important it is to have the channels you love most in your service package. Direct messaging doesn't work. Nobody will tell the truth about why these channels are gone. MONEY.

Make sure you are sending the direct message to XFINITY SUPPORT, not me directly.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

Decades was on channel 359 in my area.   The guide is now listing MTV+ - with different programs other than what's actually showing.   I LOVE LUCY is on, but the guide says TJHooker.

Did the channel name change only?    And why is the guide listing other programs other than what's actually showing????

@Linda72​, Channel 359 has been Decades and is still showing Decades programming when you go to it and I think that is what you are seeing. The guide has it listed as MeTv+. It seems as though MeTv+ is what has disappeared. I spent almost an hour with xfinity yesterday and it got me nowhere. I am hoping that Decades is not gone as that is a go to for me.

@Linda72​   Just tuned into 359 and The Odd Couple is showing; however, the guide is listing Police Woman.   It says Decades at the bottom right on the guide, but the actual listings are under MeTV+.    They need to correct the listings for 359/Decades.   This is day 2 of the incorrect guide listings.

Channel 359 is still displaying the wrong listings per the guide,.    The correct DECADES shows are playing, but the guide listings are showing METV+ with different shows.    They are out of sync.    Please correct the listing guide to display the correct DECADES programming.

The Decades channel 359 is now correctly showing the program listings.   It appears to have been corrected as of this morning.   Thank you Xfinity team.

@XfinityZacharyA​ thanks for nothing. Decades (359) is now totally gone, not just mislabeled ! Trying to refresh our system, but I’m not very optimistic.

I'm in Chicago and channels 359 and 1170 (Decades) are missing from the streaming portal online. It was previously mislabeled, now they are gone.  It has been at least a week since this happened. How does xfinity update one thing and not the other? Please fix. Thanks.

Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention, @Jose_Canusee. We never want you to have trouble with streaming your favorite channels, but you're in the right place for help. Have you tried any troubleshooting so far? If so, please let us know what you've done. Also, are you connected to your home network when trying to stream Decades?

However, I will note that certain channels are only available to stream while connected to your in home internet, so that may be why the channels were missing (if you tried streaming while away from home).
