Merging 2 households-need to cancel one xFinity account-want to retain a DVR on one account
We are merging households and currently have 2 xfinity accounts at two different addresses. We will maintain one account and need to cancel the other. We'd like to retain the DVR from one account either by canceling that account and moving the DVR to the other or by retaining the account the DVR is currently on and getting the early termination fee removed from the other account we would then cancel and, ideally, the discount for that account applied to the remaining. The latter would be the most efficient way to move forward. Please let me know who we can work with to help us with this. Thanks!

Hi there and welcome to Comcast. Thank you so much for reaching out to to us regarding the two accounts you have. Now there is no way for you to transfer a DVR to another account. Once the account with the DVR gets disconnected, the DVR will stop working.
