memory care resident bill
My dad lives in memory care and just received a bill???!!! He has free basic cable there. His name is spelled wrong on the bill and it says he has added Xfinity TV Latino. Ummm, he is not of sound mind to be adding anything on his own but I guarantee of all the services he might try to add, that would not be one of them. What's the angle here? He has lived there for 6 months but suddenly starts getting a bill. Seems like Comcast is taking advantage of the old and demented. Seriously, it is a memory care facility for God's sake.

I don't think Xfinity is taking advantage of anyone. If there are issues with their account it is most likely that someone unauthorized gained access to their information and changed something in hopes that a change is not detected on the bill.
You should download the Xfinity App and log into your dads account to see a run down of changes that were made to the account.
