membership reward issues

Is there a way to contact membership rewards about two of my redemptions not being able to use on fandango and amazon?

I’d be happy to help take a closer look. Are you seeing an error when you try to redeem them on Fandango or Amazon, or are the codes not being accepted at all? Also, were both rewards recently redeemed?

If you can share a bit more about what you’re seeing, I can help point you in the right direction or get this looked into further.

Hello. Today I redeemed the below and after inputting the code, amazon having me login, I get an amazon page saying: There was an error accepting the invitation. I was able to figure out the fandango code that I was having issues with.
