Membership Perk

I received an email from Xfinity stating that because I'm a diamond member, I just have to claim Peacock Premium to get it at no cost.  The email included a link, which I tapped.  There was no Peacock Premium offer, nor mention of, on my membership or benefit page.  I did a general search to see if it's a legit offer & found that it is.  I called customer service.  I spoke to one person who eventually transferred me to another.  After 90 min of back & forth and much patience, I was told that I was only able to get Peacock Premium at no cost if I upgraded my internet.  I expressed how as a member benefit, that made no sense to me.  I also let the person know that this was not mentioned in the email I received; she said to go to your subscriptions & it would be noted there - so I did & it was not.  As I tried to explain that there is no mention of this anywhere that I can see, even on their own membership website where they list benefits of each tier, I was ignored & talked over.  Frustration was about to get the better of me so I let her know she was not being helpful, said goodbye & hung up.  Who can help me with this?

We greatly appreciate you being with us long enough to become a Diamond tier member, and I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to redeem your Peacock Premium offer. If you haven't already, I'd recommend looking under the Redeemed Membership Benefits section of the Xfinity Membership page to ensure the offer hasn't already been redeemed, or to see if Peacock Premium shows as ready to activate under Your Subscriptions
If you still don't see an option to redeem or activate Peacock Premium under either page, please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll be more than happy to see what we can find out on our end!
