Membership benefits Free movie 06/18

Tried selecting the option Rise of Gru for the free movie, when it went through it gave me Despicable Me 1...which I already own.

I can understand that, however it was not the case. When I redeemed it through the app it was still a selection and not showing that that particular option of the three had already hit capacity. It gave me the option, I selected it, yet it just decided to give me a different movie all together. Afterwards I even tried going back in to see it in my history and it doesn't even show up as a redemption. It's like it was removed entirely due to some mess up behind the scenes. Same with this weeks offer of San Andreas, doesn't even show up as out of stock just doesn't show up at all.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
