Receiving a 'A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields').' error when attempting to select the 'redeem' option for claimed and new benefits?

Troubleshooting:
Tried using Chrome & clearing cookies & cache.

Tried Incognito through Chrome and private window through Brave.

Tried Xfinity App, deleted cache & data from app.

Confirmed primary account holder access.

Since you've confirmed you're the Primary user and have tried multiple browsers, private browsing, and the Xfinity app, the error appears to be account-specific rather than device-related. To take a closer look, please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address. How to Send Us a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
