Member roles on the account
You can forget about being able to pay your bill if they have you as a secondary member on your own account. You will not be able to pay your bill through the app or over the phone. I wish it was another internet provider for my area because this is a joke. And you can forget about them being able to change it . 4 long calls arguing with a robot for a hour then finally being able to talk to a human and still won't change the member roles. I'm not about to change my number just to hopefully change the setting. XFINITY y'all need to do better.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble paying the bill through the app. If you can log in through the primary username on the account you can delete extra users following the steps at: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/delete-username-from-account
