Member Benefits

The past few weeks I have had issues with the Thursday member benefits. Either the benefits will not come up, they come up and I accept them then they never come up again if I redeem them or the code I’m given will not work. For example, today I accepted the bookshelf credit of $10 dollars and went to the site. It said there was an error with the code. I tried to go back in but as stated previously that benefit did not come back so I couldn’t try again. I tried many times by signing out and back in etc but nothing worked. It happed last week also. It’s getting very frustrating and is not seeming like a benefit. Just an exercise of frustration.

Hi, @user_6p0023! Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. You’re completely right, our member benefits are meant to be a perk, not a headache, and I completely understand how disappointing it is to miss out on rewards you’ve claimed, like today’s $10 Bookshop credit.

Once a reward code is claimed or revealed, the system automatically removes it from the main offer screen to prevent duplicate claims, which is why it disappeared when you tried to go back. However, if there was a glitch with the code itself, you shouldn't be left empty-handed. Let’s get this sorted out for you right away!

1. Check Your Rewards History

- You can often view previously claimed codes by going to the Xfinity app or online portal under Xfinity Rewards > Activity / Claimed Rewards.

2. Direct Assistance

- If the code still shows as invalid or isn't appearing in your activity log, please send us a direct message with your full name and service address. I will pull up your account directly, verify the claimed offer, and see what we can do to escalate this on your behalf!

How to send us a direct message

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

We appreciate your patience while we fix this for you!
