I’m also experiencing this same issue since early this morning. Any idea what’s causing the issue and when it will be resolved?

There’s been no audio on ME TV since yesterday morning (May 4th). As of now, this issue still hasn’t been resolved. When will this matter be fixed and what’s causing the problem?

Yes, I’m watching ME TV via Xfinity cable box. This is the only station it’s happening on that I’m aware of at this time. I restarted equipment and it didn’t resolve the issue. I’ve been a customer for 2 weeks and Xfinity service is not off to a good start. Other customers have reported the issue since Friday and it’s still not resolved. Please fix this issue.
