MDU Rewire
Throwing this out there since nothing else has gotten results… It’s been almost a year of Xfinity sending technicians to slap bandaids on a big problem and I’m still getting spinners in circles. My apartment complex went from outside wiring to inside but couldn’t access my apartment (prior to my moving in) to finish and drop some orange wire from the upstairs to one of my closets. I work from home and they have me tethered to the upstairs connection via a splitter outside. I’m the only apartment in my box that hasn’t been rewired. The connection constantly drops and I’ve exhausted all my PTO (plus some) dealing with connectivity issues. All Xfinity can say is my job has a ticket but they can’t put a date on it or just send someone to fix the issue. I’m being threatened with a 5day notice from my job because the issue has gone on so long without resolution. Xfinity doesn’t care. They just send another outside tech to tell me everything they can’t do then get my hopes up by “escalating” to their direct supervisor. I have 2 techs cell numbers and have gotten commitments from them both but still NO results. I had this issue in 2017 and had to resign from that job. Can’t believe it’s happening again. Someone… anyone… please help!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
