May have gotten a scam call?
I received a call from someone saying they were from Xfinity/Comcast and they wanted to offer me a discount if I paid one year in advance.
They further explained that they know my plan is on a discount now and will be doubling soon.
I would like to know if someone in face did call to offer these 2 discount promotions.

"Pay in advance", "pay with gift card", and "pay with crypto" are scams. See https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/6785304bec3cb6282636396d for a description of what happens if you fall for them.
