Max says I don’t have a subscription?

we have hbo but can’t connect to max for the past 2 days. It just say we have no subscription

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_0jwztb! Just to confirm, are you able to watch HBO channels on your cable box? Are multiple devices saying you don’t have a subscription when trying to sign in to the MAX app?
