Max Duplicate Subscription / Entitlement Error - Basic and Standard Active
I have a duplicate subscription glitch on my Max account. My Max settings show both Basic with Ads and Standard active via Xfinity. Please have a Tier 2 agent refresh and re-provision my subscription entitlements to drop the Basic with Ads tier, as that is not the service I am paying for in my account package. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us, If you have HBO Max through Xfinity that would list as basic with ads, if you upgrade to standard add free you will see both subscriptions. To clarify, when you're viewing your HBO Max subscriptions are you seeing ads or no ads?
