Max app

Since I updated the Max app on my phone, it tells me I have to connect through my service provider. I select Xfinity and it says I'm automatically logged in and allowed to watch Max. It sends me back to Max, but when I select something to watch, it kicks me back to the "must login through provider" page. I'm stuck in this loop and can't use my Max app. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared the cache, restarted my phone, etc. If I can't figure it out I will have to cancel Max on Xfinity and pay for it through Amazon or Disney.

Thanks for posting on our Community forums for assistance, logans_mom00. I'm sorry to hear the Max App provider login is not working properly. I know it can be extremely frustrating to not have access to a service you are paying for, and I'd be reaching out to get that fixed too. Rest assured, I'll do my best to help! It sounds like you've done most of the troubleshooting steps we recommend to start with. To confirm, are you experiencing this issue with all of your devices?
