Mastercard not working

I have called multiple times only to be told there’s an issue with the bank the cards are through and it should be resolved in 2 hours. I try again the next day and it’s still declined. It’s declined everywhere. Why give these cards if they don’t work and by the looks of it they haven’t worked at all for anyone.

@user_3xd65h I am sorry to hear of the issues you are having with the card. Are you calling the number on the back of the card or Xfinity?

@XfinityDena I have called 1-866-385-8392. I have to got through a lot of options to get anyone on the phone. Basically have to dispute a transaction that I haven’t even made bc I can’t make transactions before I live agent is offered. I’m told it was a bank issue, then it was resolved and should work, now I’m told it is an issue again and it may take awhile to resolve. I’ve had this card for awhile and it’s never worked. By reading in the forum none of them

work. Is there another way to get the $200.

We do not have another way to provide you with the amount on the card @user_3xd65h I would suggest continuing to call the number on the back of the card to speak with them.

@XfinityDena is there an easier way to reach them or a number that goes directly to a live agent? It’s about 5 minutes of automated and then you have to say you’re disputing something to get someone on the line.

I am not seeing a different number for you to reach out for the card. I totally get how this is not the best answer or the most desirable and I am really sorry @user_3xd65h
